Below is the Netscape color palette used by the browser to dither images ONLY if a 256 videocard is in use. There are 216 colors defined and 40 are open to be customized afterwards, depending on the images being loaded and the Operating system being used. It might seem rediculous to use these values, but not everybody is able to view pages at 1024x768@16.8M colors, so have a little respect for the 650x480/800x600@256 users that are still "out" there :) As for Windows, the remaining 40 colors include the default 16 color Windows palette. Below will be a table including all the colors of the Netscape palette, please allow some time for the JavaScript to draw the table.
